dots on rear windshield?

no this is not a repost....


i have small, what appear as sun dots?
on my rear window

you can only see them in certin light

they look like they all run on the same angle, making me think it might be defective glass, i dunno

it covers the entire rear window

i had an episode with tree sap, but it didn't cover everywhere

or could it be caused by tree sap.?


it honestly looks like something has eaten dots into the window..

did u put somethin oily on ur windshield...maybe Armor All or something... maybe u were cleanin with armorall and got some one the windshield...

Some newer car windows have this, so it's normal. A lot of people never realize they have them until they have someone tint the windows and get tld buy the shop they have a car with these on the windows. I swear it was like matrix dots or something, I forget the exact term for term. Considering you have a basically new car, a 05 civic, it's probably what I am refering to. If you really need to know the exact term they are called, let me know and I'll look it up for you.

yea i talked to honda and they said its normal, even drove the same model car into the shade, sure enough those MATRIX dots appeared
