drifting: reference photos

Hello Artists,

I posted some drifting photos on my site.
They are from Road Atlanta, Formula D.

http://www.saenzartworks.com/photo_3.html
http://www.saenzartworks.com/photo_4.html

My images are not as dynamic as some photographers, still have lots to learn from photographers and books . Here is a link for referencing backgrounds that show speed and drifting.

http://www.doristars.com/
http://doristars.com/v-web/gallery/a...lbumListPage=1

I am thinking that pastels would be perfect for drawing speed backgrounds and road. I am going to try rendering, with pastels and markers, a car while drifting.

Post links to other drifting reference material and I will add this to our F.A.Q.

Take care.

al
