Question Disconnecting automatic door locks 91 Regal

91 Buick Regal 3.8 V-6
My automatic door locks are messing up some how. They lock and unlock on their own. I am not able to figure out the problem. I was wondering is there a way to disconnect the door locks and trunk without messing up any of the other electrical system in the car.

Re: Disconnecting automatic door locks

Yo, Joe there may be a fuse in the glove box but you may want to add year + model in your main title. The fuses are marked so just pull the door locks fuse and no more click-clack. For 94 Regal Its the 3'rd down, right (3'rd) row.

Re: Disconnecting automatic door locks

There is a chime-relay located beneath the dashboard that also connects to the auto power-lock. If you disconnect the 4 wire lead from the module, that might provide a quick fix.
