Disk Brake Conversion

I have a 1972 Chevelle and want to change the stock drum brakes to disk. I plan on pulling the sysyem off a junker and replace rotors calabers and pads. I want to know if i can pull it off any other A-Body car?

Yes GM "A" bodies are the same.
Check this site http://www.p-s-t.com/gm/gmfdbkconv.html

Any factory "A" body disks from 68 to 72 is a straight swap. Nova spindals up to 74 will work.

I used 75 Nova brakes same as Camaro/Firebird but the control arms need to be off set and tie rod ends changed.
