Question Apexi VAFC vs. SAFC?

Hey guys... I was just wondering, what exactly is different between the vafc and the safc from apexi... i know the vafc has vtec engagement adjustment, but does the safc also? Another thing: on what type of set-up would this be useful? Does it significantly help your engines' output? Any opinions/help is appreciated... thanks.
