No Start

I Have Spark, Fuel & Compression, Car Has New Crank Angle Sensor, Cam Sensor, Coils .
Last Owner Put In New Ecu.
It Seems To Be Flooding, Black Smoke When Trying To Start& Backfire Sometimes, Cam Timing Looks Right.
Has New Coolant Sensor & O2 Sensors.
It Is A 95 Talon 2.0 Turbo
