I would have kicked those kids' asses. They deserve some beatings. When the bus driver went back there and the kid came running up behind him swearing the driver felt threatened and did his best to restrain the kid, hopefully he was not fired for it.

yeah i dont know about that, they might have needed a beating, but they could of gotten that from their parents, not the bus driver, i doubt that that big of a guy felt threatened by the skinny little kids.....they look like they were 6th graders, i think he was out of line....but thats my 2 cents

Damn I dunno...I'm torn here. One side of me is saying this kid needed his ass beat but the other side is saying the bus driver was a out of line. I could see him reacting like that if the kid hit him but well he didn't. I mean he'd already called the popo so he could've just sat there and told them to take the both of them.

More/less in the same spot, but If I was on the jury, I wouldn't convict him.

Kids these days are out of control, they don't understand the consequences of words or even understand the power the wield. I'd say he should be reprimanded, but not fired. The kids were probably harrassing him prior to the start of the video we only saw the part that mad him look bad.

Ever heard the saying 'stick and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me?' Name do hurt people, sure the guy's an adult and this is his job, but no child has any right to use that kind of language, especially the kid who gets up and shouts out the obscenities.

While some may not agreee, IMO there's too many laws protecting children from forms of discpline that are needed. My mother is having the same problem with my sister. My sister, shoudl she care to do so, ca override my mother's authority at any time for any reason and anything my mom does aside from yelling will result in her being the bad guy.

Again, while some may not agree, the few times I was spanked or grabbed by my dad as a kid set me straight, and I never did it again. While it may not work for everyone, and must be used with caution and moderation, sometimes the only way a kid will learn is when they realize they are not in charge of the situation.

Lack of discipline in children is leading to the downfall of society IMHO The thing is though it's hard to find a middle ground between discipline, and choking a kid out.

Yeah I think I would've just straight up punched the kid in the face. After..turning off the camera, you can do that right? But I do believe that kids are honestly out of control now and im freaking 16! Every young kid I see from the middle school thats near me, thinks he's a badass. In the video you can see how badly the kids were being assholes when he was like "You're going to jail, boy" Kids really do have too many laws protecting them I say take em all away and put the power back in the parents who know what they're doing....most of the time.

I feel the same way. Kids get out of control because they caught between stages of adulthood (some kids think they're grown) and child/teen behavior. (i can do what i want and not get in trouble because i am a minor.) BOOTCAMP!!!

Funny..I was seeing stuff about this police bootcamp that last for 8 or so weeks and its amazing how its like highschool rotc except they yell at you alot and can send you to jail if you get out of hand.

The bus driver is obviously in the wrong legally, but those kids were little shits and deserve a good fucking beating from someone. Sad state of affairs.

IMO it's up to the parents to discipline their children like that. Others should not beat your child, but they should still be able to discipline them. The kid deserved it though.

Oh please people. The media is only showing what they want to show you. The full video shows those guys truly harrassing the driver and acting very stupid. The driver did call for assistance. They are lucky that they were not thrown off the bus or worse. Kids these days are not discipline and as for the poster saying thats up to the parents, trust me if the kids are acting like that, they are not being disciplined at home. The parents are letting them do whatever they want. They (the parents) should also be slapped down). I swear parents should go to parenting school.
