Need Help......styrene

ok here is my problem. I need some Hex rod to finish my pro mod. I went to Tower Hobbies. The styrene is 6 bucks. and it is going to cost 8 to ship it to me. i dont want to pay 8 bucks. lol. Does anyone know of a different place to order styrene? any help would be awesome. thanks

I've personally dealt with www.plastruct.com While communication could be better, they have good prices and they were quick. They also have a lot to choose from (use their search engine).

I didn't have to so I forgot about it. Probably there is no way. You may also want to look at the list of distributors, it may be easier for you to just pick the rods up at a store.

I managed to find it at a model train shop. Plastruct is marketed more heavily for model railroading than for general hobby, so if you have a decent train shop near you, it could be worth trying.

my problem is the only decent local shops are about 100 miles away from me. lol. i found hobbylinc. they had a decent shipping price, and the prices were quite good.

Wow! I just found out from the list that there are Plastruct distributors here in Malaysia and it is just a few kilometres away from my home... I'm going to be a frquent visitor there from now on...
