does anybody have a e brake cover on their civic?

i was looking at a carbon fiber universal e brake handle and i was wondering if it will fit good on a civic e brake. i was lookin at the e brake for the civic and it is shaped to fit your hand with the indention grips on it. are all e brakes like this. if so will the new e brake handle fit over the old one with a good fit.:smoka:

I think you just picked up an ebrake handle which does not cover or go over the present ebrake handle. Not all ebrake handles have that grip that you're talking about.
To install the ebrake knob, either cut the stock one (lengthwise) or use your He-Man grip and strength to pull it off. (With the help of a vice grip and a few twists, I pulled mine off.) And, replace w/ the new one. (You may need to screw in some small allen screws to keep it in place.)

yeah it looks good, i also ordered the auto shift knob in chrome and c/f.
