2.0 to 3.1 v6 conversion questions..!!
what do i need, and what do i need to do? i do know that i need the engine, transmission, the computer... do i need some of the wire harness from the donor car, if yes what sections of it do i need?
any info on how to do a proper swap would be awesome. 1988 Chev Cavalier 4dr 2.0 tbi 4cyl custom dual exhaust, modified z24 ground-fx, z24 hood '95 16x6 cavy alloy rims |

Yes, and all of it is a good idea. Much simpler that way.

i would like to know what exactly i should do.. i dont want to screw it up... i need details about wiring..

Wouldn't it be better to go buy the car with v6 in it. Don't seem like that would be worth the time or effort to make that kind of change. But that is me.
