build or swap
ive got a 2000 gs and i was wondering what would be better cost and perfomance wise....1-to build up the stock motor from ground up or 2- to swap it for the evo VIII motor?

build = about 4-5 grand
swap = 10-15 grand

yeah, keep the engine in there, and fix the hell out of it.
