What Size are Stock Stealth TT tires?

When I bought my car it had genral tires on them and they are 275's. I was reading the owners manual and it sais that the stock tires are 245's. Am I running with the wrong size tires?

245/45/17 or 245/40/18 are the stock size. 275's can be done as long as you get the right height. A lot of people run 275/40's(I believe that is right but cant remember for sure)

You aren't running with stock tires....There really is no "wrong" tires unless they don't fit your rims or they rub inside your wheel wells. 275's aren't unusual, and I think they are easier to find than the stock ones.
The only thing you'd ever need to worry about is if you replace a tire, you need to replace it with the same size that are on your car or replace all four but just don't run on different sizes.

Only thing I can add is if you go with a tire thats not stock height it will of course throw your speedo reading off.
