1996 Dosdge Stratus Horn location

Ive looked everywhere and cant find anything about the location. I searched this board as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to disconnect it until I can get to the shop for repairs. The relay actually cuts off the brake lights too so that isnt an option.
