Question 96' Sedan Deville (Need help urgently!!! A/C help!!!)

I was adding R-134a to it. I was done and had the A/C still blasting full speed. I wanted to check to see if the heater was working because the last time I checked it wasn't. With the A/C still blasting on 60 degrees and on high, I set the temperature to the highest setting (90 degrees). The A/C sounded like it stopped working for a minute and then started blowing out air from the defog vents. After noticing that the heater wasn't working I turned the car off. Later, when I jumped back into the car and tried to turn the A/C back on it wouldn't blow out not a wisp of air from any vent. I checked the compressor and it is fine. I checked the part where I added the R-143a (Sorry, don't know the name of the part) and it was really cold. I talked to two different mechanics and explained to them my situation. One told me that I need a new blower motor. The other told me that the blower relay would go out before the blower would. I tried looking for the blower relay and can't find it. In the fuse area I found the A/C Compressor Relay, but none indicating anything about the blower. I don't know which step is the right one to take. I would rather it be the relay instead of the blower because of the price of the part and the labor, but I just want to get this issue resolved. If anyone out there knows anything that might be of some help to me I would greatly appreciate it. Post a reply to this message or contact me directly at [email protected] Thank you everyone!
