DESPERATE need help dont know where else 2 turn regarding used vehicle purchase?
what are the rights of us consumers when one buys a used vehicle way overpriced?
i.e. the return policy? purchased wit a loan.... i mean it was bought on monday then yesterday it was noticed the rear view mirror had a crack in it.. went back to salesman who sed, well if you didn't notice it before you bought, "well now, thats YOUR problem.." i dont know what to do... help me out team... thanks oNe

if you bought it "way overpriced", then thats your problem, nothing you can do about it now... as for the mirror... i think youre SOL because you bought it like that.

most loan companies wont let you pay more than the value of the car. You are going back for a crack in your rear view mirror? c'mon how petty is that! BTW what car and how much?
