Replacement E46 Door Armrest

I'm looking to find a replacement armrest for my driver's side door. Somehow the paint has started to peel where my hand pulls the door shut, causing the paint to peel and bubble. Would love to replace with genuine brushed aluminum door rests in new 2005 Convertible M3.

Any ideas where to look?
