keyless entry help

i just bought my dream car-a 1986 elan 5.0. i know that the keyless entry code is in about 5 different places in the car. problem is, i dont know where those places are. any suggestions??

Not sure on an 86 but check the trunk hinge - most likely drivers side.

thanks 97Bird. i looked in the trunk and could not see anything. i actually climbed in the trunk with a flashlight and didnt see anything. it was worth a try though.

is there a little black box in the trunk maybe under the 3rd brake light? could be there if so numbers may be on that
