97 Camry interior door handle

The door handle on the inside of my 97 Camry broke off...I called all the salvage places around & I heard "we get calls for those every day.." so I'm guessing this is a common problem.

Anyway, I can get one from the dealer for ~ $36.00, but I have some questions for anyone here who has replaced these before.

1. When you get the replacement handle, is it just the handle (the part that's visible), or do ya get any of the "inner workings"?
There's a small black plastic piece, attached to the handle that's normally on the inside of the door...that broke as well, so I need that, but don't know what to call it.

2. Anybody here know what Toyota's color deal is? The bubba at the dealership said they can get "sage", "oak" and some other color. As far as I know as a heterosexual man, the thing is "Tan"...ok, maybe beige.

I wouldn't care, but this is my wifes car, & I'll catch hell...
