95 t-bird tranny prob??

hi all, I have a 95 T-bird, 4.6 v8...for the last few months it has been acting up...seems to be reving out a little, now I have no third gear and when I try to reverse it seems like the e-brake is on, but 1st and snd gear are fine, no noises or leakes coming from tranny....Is it toast??
