Custom Scratchbuilt Hotrod

This was inspired by GTMike400's hotrod, but i am building it in 1/24. The reason I am posting this is because i am stuck. The car was a 32 caddy limo, and the front is too wide for the look I am going for, making the nose way too wide. I was thinking or cutting it in half and putting it back togethr, but it probably would not be square. Well lemme know what you think i should do to make it shorter in width thanks for your help.

i'd say leave the nose width and make it about the same length as the body. and then cram an inline 12 engine in it!

then you'd have a really distinctive, 30's gangster style car.
then add some tommy guns and broad brim hats.

Re: Custom Scratchbuilt Hotrod

I wouldnt call it scratchbuilt, I'd call it a heavily modified Caddy. But so far it seems cool. I want to see more.

LOL! So true. In the last issue if SA there was a caption in the contest cverage that said 100% scratchbuilt using such and such kit or something to that affect. I had to laugh

Looks like a neat project though sideways
