Lmao if the US had STi's as cop cars noone would wanna race anymore because they'd now they would be caught in an instant. i guess me and dampachi cant fix the image haah.

Probably not a real cop car. Like those Vipers done up in police colors. Not really there to chase anyone, or even scare anyone, but there to do the whole school visits and what not. Theres one or two here in the f dub, one a viper and the other a cobra. I talked to the one who drives the Cobra, and he says they dont use it for chase or anything, its just kinda there to appeal to younger people who are into cars and what not, ya know, cops are cool too kinda thing.

I am not 100% sure if this one is used for traffic, but I know the other cars that you are talking about. We got one that is looks like a full on drag car, that one goes to schools.
It's too damn expensive to replace those nice cars if ever they are in a accident. BTW you guys should see the fight over who gets the Impala SS.

we've already got the camaros and stangs as cops up here, so that'd be nothing new.
on the highway, the STI wouldn't really be any more effective, it'd stand out and as others have said...the top end isn't the greatest. stick to the american muscle w/ this one.

Cops are being a bit more creative not with their UC cars (except for that sti its just obvious....around here I have seen a few Durango cop cars and they really threw me off
in Toronto they have this stupid anti street racing show car which is a Civic SIR (wait a second...our SIR is your SI...WTF???) with a body kit, rims, and a billion stickers...and completely stock under the hood...our city actually promotes rice, its insane
