rear spring swap for hatch

Hi
I doubt anyone else is ghetto enough to have done this; couldn't find it by searching. My civic hatch has gotten worn out rear springs but then it's also just getting worn out. I'm too cheap to buy new stock springs. Could I do something like get used ones off a sedan parts car, that might be a little heavier duty and likely to still have some resistance?

Sedan ones are the same. Its probably your struts that are wore insted of springs though.

oh no it ain't the struts. Tried that already. This car has 250k miles on it.... So does it have to be civic sedan, or can it be accord ones, and what years?

Your whole set up could be saggy... springs, bushings, struts, etc... just like an old ladies breasts.

Nah, nah, this thing is chiseled blue steel, ese, painfully hard and muscular. Just needs the springs.

Okay... you could get some coil-overs... Arospeeds are like $150... probably cheaper than stock and I wouldn't trust junkyard springs.
