That's a great toon. The design is cool, but not very realistic, although I doubt that was the goal of this drawing. The shading and grills are nice, however the wheels need some more work, and are crooked.

Re: finished my concept.

It's a hell of a drawing. The criss-cross grille is awesome.
Shading is good, too!

Re: finished my concept.

loving it mayne, i think you could do a bit more blending with the pastel but does not take away from the final effort

Re: finished my concept.

Great drawing.
How big did you have to make the image to be able to create the fine details?

That's a beautiful toon.

Great attitude, great point of view, great handling of your mediums.

The tire is a little off, but it slides because the piece is soooooo strong overall. Once again...(sorry guys...I gotta...) ellipse set takes it to the next level. If one is not available try to build your tire line a half at a time with a really really sharp verithin. They hold a point and give great control. By laying in an inner line and an outer line that is the thickness of the line you wish to have you can get great results. Kinda like creating a fill space for a line then coloring inside the lines like a coloring book. Sometimes I use a verithin to "ink" with and then just up the contrast in PS and noone knows the difference.

The grill and tread are fabulous! I really like your style.
