90 Pontiac Sunbird LE Dead Dash Gauges

All of my dash gauges (Check Engine, Speedo, Fuel, Oil Pressure, Volt, etc, etc) are dead. My car keeps blowing the fuse for them, it happened while driving, not in water or anything like that, I was just driving along and then I noticed they had all bottomed out. Replacing the fuse just gets it blown again as soon as the key is turned. When the headlights are on the open door chime rings, even though the doors are closed, it does not do this when the headlights and parkinglights are turned off and the doors are closed. When hooked up to a computer it reads nothing at all as there is no power going to the Check Engine light.

Has anyone had a similiar problem and if so how did they fix it?
