2005 Fog Lights

Hello, I have a 2005 Galant ES. According to Mitsubishi, I can order a Fog light kit to install in my car. I have been told the light kit would fit right into factory wiring already in car. If all wiring harnesses are there hanging, I would do install myself, but one dealer told me he had trouble installing because harness was not there in a Galant he had in shop. I believe the Galant D may not have harness but ES and above should. Does anyone have any input or experiance with the fog light kit ?? Any help- appreciated. Seems to me if Mitsubishi offers the kit, wiring should be there. Dealer told me if he had to install a harness it would be big bucks.
