00 deville trunk and fuel door pop problems

what up all, ive got a 00 deville and the other day my trunk pop and the fuel door pop stopped working, i tested the wires, theres voltage coming out when the button is pushed. i checked the fuses and the relays and all checks out fine...it seems that the relay is not getting fired up so the wires are dead somewhere between the buttons on the dash and the relays under the back seat. just wondering if anyone has had any similar problems or knows what to do, any help would be great, thanx

the rim moudle control the sys if you have a scantool you can check
the data to see if the moudle is grounding the relay and if the moudule is
getting a switch input check the lock out switch in the glove box maybe it is turned off.
