car wont move

ive got a 94 mazda protege dx it will start but if you put it in any gear other than park or neutral it makes this lod grinding noise and wont go. help i dont know whats wrong

Sounds like your transmission has some internal parts broken. I assume you have oil in the transmission. I think the transmission will have to be removed and repaired or replaced. THere usually no external fixes for the problem you describe.

Sounds more like a hub or front wheel bearing problem.
