86 2-se swap

hi im new to these forums. I have a general swap question.
I know that in 1986 there were 2 or 3 engines available for the celica.
the 3sge was for the gts and the 2se and i think the 3sfe were available for the gt model. I have a gt w/ a 2se engine that needs replaced. the 2se is next to impossible to find and i was wandering how much more work and money would be involved in dropping another engine( 3sfe/ge) in it. there are alot more aftermarket parts for the latter dohc engines.
this is my baby now as im selling my supra. i didnt come to the decision to get rid of the supra lightly, it just needs alot more work and time which i dont have as i work 12 1/2 hours a day. any help would be greatly appreciated.

sry for the long ass post lol
