personally.... I'd say get a set of 17's, 18's look nice on tegs but for some reason I think 17's look better on tegs then 18's do. It also depends on if you're going 'show' or 'go'... if you going for performance then you should stay away from 18's, if you're going for show then roll on 18's. Was any opinion established by the end of my reply??? I like 17's.

the second ones..
18s are too big for integras i think. Some kid has 18s on his 95 hatch civic, and it looks like it has a higher than stock ride height now. it used to be lowered

I could have gotten 18's on my teg....but for sheer drivability it was better to stick with the 17's. 18's wouldn't ride well on the roads here, because they are such bad quality.....and would be too bumpy....its already quite bumpy with the 17s, and its illegal to have rims bigger than 2 inch bigger than standard size here too.

In that case, just get yourself an additional set of lightweight 15/16's for racing use...you don't really want to be using those heavy ass 17/18's....but they look nice for the street.

pick the first one, you can fit 18s but be warned, you're gonna need low profiles and those would wear out fast and they are also expensive

17's

Definately go with the 17's (as if that hadn't already been establishes, I just had to add it). I just put 17" TR Motorsports GK II on my 94' GS-R. Ride's a little more harsh with those 215/40/17's but hey, you can't beat the feel of a low profile tire. I included the pic. FYI, the center caps are on backorder from japan. On a side note, anybody know where I can order some red center caps?
