2004 Cavalier - 3rd Gear Issue

The car accelerates through first and second gear just fine. The car shfts into third, seems to lose power for a moment, and then returns to normal acceleration. It does this whether accelerating slowly or quickly. Any ideas?

It was just some bad programming on a module, thanks for the help all.
