I'm looking at a 87 ranger 2.9l V6 4x4. The problem is that it doesn't start. The man that owns it is not sure what it is he thinks it the fuel pump or relay. It turns over but want start. This will be my first truck and I would really like to get it if I can find out what it is. Anybody have any suggestions.

Re: 87 ford ranger 2.9L v6 4x4/doesn't start
fuel pumps are easy to check. remove fuel line off filter and turn on key. it should come pouring out.
