R/A oil filter adapter question (67-76)

Hi, I installed a oil filter adapter thats listed for 67-69 400 RA firebird (oil filter moves away from block and back about 20 degrees away from exhaust) on a 76 >>>455<<< with R/A manifolds. It helped alot with moving the oil filter away from the heat, Im wondering if its actually the exact same oil path as the 400 it was made for, and if ill have any oil pressure back up etc problems, or leaks , excess pressure on the rear main area?? thanks! Bruce
