Re: COMPLETELY NOOB on 3d drawing
Regarding your drawing style, you seem to be young. With a little bit practice, you'll improve soon.
You can use the box method for your 3d drawings. Draw a box in the perspective you want to have the car, then add the car in it. the box outlines give you guidelines for perspective. Remember or get to know what vanishing points are. the vanishing point is a point which can be placed on or far away from your drawing. It's the point where all the lines meet in the far. In a front/top perspective, like the colt, you can use a single vanishing point in the center of the drawing. You can also have one vp on the left side, one on the right side. Take a look at reference pics or at cars outside. Go around them and watch them as you move. Try to get a feel for the shape. Your drawings are good! Keep on practising! |

hey speederz, if you want me to say so, you look like you are gaining progress with your work.
all i can say is print off your ref pic, trace it in pencil roughly then do it more "detailed" , and do the same again and again. it will get you better like i did chris
