H.I.D. conversion kit

has anyone tried one on a newer tacoma? (i have a 04) i found some on ebay like 250 and up.they have everything that is needed including the hid bulbs and i want one but i need to know if they are worth it from you guys. the current headlights are nice but almost every car tht i pass or passes me has brighter headlights and i want to be able to see better at night since i drive alot at night and also look better. thanks

I have an 02 and personally I think these are some of the best headlights I've had....altho they are yellow. I solved that by putting RAZO bulbs in...which are white...NOT blue.

I installed some Sylvania Silver Star's in my '02 and have been happy. I was looking for brighter lights when I was living in the south, because when it rained at night, seeing the lines on the road was almost impossible. The silverstars are awesome. I would not put in HID's. You can also add lighting - driving lights, fog lights...
