i spent like 30mins trying to remove the fogs lights of my 92 vr4.... do i have to take the bumper off?

94 and up they are bolted to the crash bar mounts, I would assume the same for the 91-93.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions. |

well i know on the 94's you dont have to pull the bumper off, you just have to pop the covers off the fog light, unscrew all the screws that hold the assembly together, replace the bulb, screw everything back together, pop the covers back on and your done. I'm sure its similar on the 1st gens
