4age or 4agze????

hi. im gonna do an engine swap into my 1994 toyota corolla and i was wondering if anyone here can give me the specs for the most powerful 4agze and 4age.........also can someone please tell me a good website which offers these engines at a reasonable price. i have been searching for a while now and cannot find what i am looking for. thank you.

well, i myself have been looking for a 4AGZE to swap with for my 89 corolla DX and all i can say right now with my limited knowledge is that in those two the 4AGZE comes with a factory supercharger and therefore allows you to twin charge your car (turbo and supercharger) which is what id like to do with my car.... as for the 4AGE im not sure about them... but i dont think the year of engine you get will really matter a whole lot ( im talking about the 4AGZE and 4AGE sepperaley, not like they are the same) , they are essentially the same layout and produce about the same power no matter what year... lets say if a EXAMPLE*** 1988 4AGZE has 160 hp, and a 89 has 175, if you are thinking of extensive mods, i dont think 15 horse power will matter if your running 280-300 hp... you wont be able to use it all unless you go to a strip. so i think from what ive heard, if you can fit a 4AGZE in your car, go with that over 4AGE, im not sure, but i dont think you can twin charge a 4AGE... as for a seller, try ebay, type in "4AGZE corolla" you will come up with some complete packages (engine, tranny, elctronics etc etc) for about 900-1600 bucks. hope what i have said helps you and good luck.
