Starting a 1979 Corvette (((Need Help)))

Should I try for a modded bling wheeled but respectful version or go classic stock everything?

Why draw it stock when we've seen stock Vette's alot before? I say mod it, but keep it respectful, I trust that you'll be able to do that well. One day you should do I drift car, lol
