largest size tire.

I have a 1999 GAGT with the chrome faced wheels. What is the largest size tire that I can mount on the stock rims? I don't want to lower the vehicle but I do want to reduce the tire to fender gap.

I suppose that would help wouldn't it. The tire size is 225/50-R16. They are the Goodyear LS. The original tire was the Goodyear RSA (same size).

Re: largest size tire.

U can stay with the 50 series, go a low-profile, fair warn $$$$$$$, but that will drop the ride without modd.'ing the suspension.
