i need to know what to do
hello,
if you look at the car below, you see the back of the car is kinda busted and so is the front, now i'd like to ask you guys if this car is good to be worked on. do you think the frame of the car is damaged ? cause if it is i'm not that much of an expert to repair it... please let me know if i should buy it.... ps: one last thing it's automatic am i able to hcange it to standard ? thanks!!

I say no way. Especially if you're not experienced. It could have some serious subframe damage, as well as suspension, steering and cooling issues. It's hard enough just maintaining an E36 properly, never mind one that took some pretty hard hits like that. Go with your gut and wait for the one you really want.

Im with Dudesky. on top of all that, unless you did something shady, then a carfax report is going to show that it was in an accident. and if you decide to sell it later on it will be difficult and the price will have to be super low.
also, bout the auto to manual swap. i have seen this post a lot lately, and apparently it is difficult to do. in any case, the 3er is the most sold bimmer on the planet, there are plenty out there for the picking. . .
