intercooled non-turbo
I want to know if can you intercool a non- turbo engine?

an intercooler can only bring intake air down to ambient air pressure. it would give no gain compared to a cold air intake to a non-turbo car. in fact, it would probably lower horsepower because it's a restriction in the intake (that's why you get more turbo lag in turbo engines with intercoolers)

the purpose of the intercooler is to reduce heat in the air from the turbo/blower(not as common in blown engines) as compressing air generates alot of heat, plus a turbo exposes the intake air to exhaust heat.

Try a Cool Can instead. Spiral some fuel line inside a container that you can put ice into (like a large coffee can). Install inline. You will notice a small difference at the track.
