88-91 Civic Hatchback Clear Taillights

First of all, I didn't know if this board is for 71-91 civic hatchbacks or just the crx. If it's only for the crx, sorry for posting this here.

These clear taillights are for the 88-91 Civic Hatchback. I've searched all over and haven't been able to find a place that still sells these. My friend and I bought up some sets when they were available, and I'd be willing to sell a brand new one for $180 plus shipping. To see more of what they look like, check out my ended auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eb...tem=1817001492

If anyone's interested, email me at [email protected]

WElcom to AF, this board is pretty dead, so don't worry about it.

Email this guy, and he might buy them if he has the money

No kidding. $180 for those? I just bought a set of clear taillights for my CRX about a month ago. I paid $60 for them. They are almost ready to be installed. Just a few more coats of clear coat and they will be done. I painted them solid red, and are they NICE.

$60? Wow, was that from a store or a private seller? I paid $180 after shipping, so I thought people might pay that now since it's so hard to find them still for sale. I've seen websites that still have them listed, but none of them were actually sellin them anymore. It's okay though, I think I know a couple people around here that would buy them for a little less.

By the way I live in Utica, NY.

It was from a private seller.

Matter of fact I just installed them on my car. It was kinda rough being that it's past midnight. But damn do they look good on my car.
Now all the lenses on my car are installed. All clears in the front and solid red in the back.

Yeah, all of my lenses are clear now front and back. I ended up installing my taillights real late at night too when I first got them.

Clear taillights are illegal in Tx. And I am not giving the cops a reason to pull me over. That doesn't mean that people around here don't have clear taillights though.

Besides, I like the look of solid red taillights.
