quick Question On Side Marker!!

I have the yellow side marker changed to the clear 2002 one. The question is that my side marker doesn't light up when I turned the headlight on. It lights up for 1 sec when I unlocked the car from the remote entry but other than that, it doesnt light up jack. Could the reason be from the bulb? Should I get the 2002 bulb? Share the knowledge!!

the reason it dont light its is because its not saposed to. it only ment for the blinkers. and when u unlock ur car via remote watch ur blinks they flashass well. so the side light will only go on when the blinkers flash on. u may be able to rewire it to stay on. but that shoulds like a bitch of a job to do. some other guys on the forums might be able to help u rewire it if ur intereseted.

But it does light up when I had the old yellow side marker on.. So can this be that the clear side marker isn't compatible with the old light bulb?Do I need to get the 2002 bulb?

they came like that when u got the car? i never herd of those lights staying on all the time. so i cnat help ya sorry bro
