hypertech programmers

Has anyone tried the hypertech programmer? If so did it increase your gas mileage?

Re: hypertech programmers

not really, But I can have a heavy foot at times too. I also use the 93 octane setting, instead of the 87....

Re: hypertech programmers

In lieu of getting a Hypertech, save a few more bucks and get a custom tuned PCM from Nelson.

Re: hypertech programmers

Yep these guys are right. I pinged bad with mine and my truck has every single little bolt on you can think of. Intake, Exhaust, headers, Granetteli MAFS, 160* tstat, 80mm ported TB, TB bypass, catch can, K&N FIPK Gen II cai, Electric Fans, Optima battery deep cycle yellow top... You get the point. Hypercrap isnt whats its made out to be, go buy the Nelson tune and hell retune it for free when you do a new mod and all you pay is shipping!!
