horn stoped working....
when i first got my 96 caliaver the horn didn't work. than after a day it worked again and it was pretty loud. today this jerk off cuts me off and my horn does not go off. all i hear is a clicking sound inside the car. what happened to my horn.

Check the power and ground to the horn first. Look for loose ; or partial contact at the positive side. The horn needs to be grounded very well. Clean the groundpoint with some sandpaper and reattach. Horns sometimes fail in the manner you describe; so a multimeter will indicate circuit status under load. The relay sounds good. That click is usually the sound of the relay activating.

I've never heard of a horn that doesn't work, but I hear of wires coming loose all the time. I think you should take a screw driver and try to pry the airbag off....just kidding...don't need that thing going off in your face, eh?
Unless the wire is not in the airbag, you're pretty much screwed unless you take it to a professional.
