A Riddle..........

here is a riddle.

you are in a corridor with two doors and no windows, there are two guards in front of the doors.
one of the doors when opened causes instant death and the other is just an exit.
one of the guards can only tell the truth the other can oly tell lies.
you have only ONE question to ask.

what question do you ask to find out which door it is?

It's going to be something painfully obvious though, I can feel it. All the questions I have wouldnt work because theyd just point at the others' door.

Right thats what I am sayin. I will never give up, and dont tell me. I like to dwell on it for a few days

but what if you were asking the liar?

The liar would point to the door he wouldnt go in, which would be the bad door and the truthful person would point to the good door... so you'd get both answers.. gotta be one question that gets the same answer.. or one question that determines which is the liar and also points out the doors.

I would stand in the middle and just ask the question, I wouldent direct it to eather one.
