Where is the location of Water Pump on 1995 Achieva S, Quad 2.3L?

Backside of the motor, there is a coolant hose that runs under the motor, if you follow that hose up to the back side of the motor youll come to the pump and housing, pump is bolted to the chain cover. If you are looking to change out your pump, buy an exhaust manifold gasket also and pull the exh. manifold off first, makes the job easier, but its not necessary.

Is there a website with diagram? Do I need to raised/jacked the engine block up before I could change the water pump?

I dont know of any websites that have pics of that specifically, pick up a manual at a local auto parts store, it'll have all the info you need. You will need to jack the car up to get under it to reach the pump.
