Legal Action?

I just got stuck with a 2000+ bill by AAMCO transmissions. the Tranny in my car went and my extended warrenty company whom I payed 2 grand for, didnt pay up. THey said that my car was "modified" I asked "wtf are you talking about everything is stock" they told me "The aftermarket air intake and the wheels" my wheels are 16 inch and I had to replace thim because when I bought the fucking car the dealer had two donunts on it. plus the dealer put the air intake on not me. and the cars a 2000 Integra isnt 16 inch considered stock size(type R)? I have no idea where to post this but is there any legal action I can do? Im still paying a 300$ amonth car payment on a fucking paper weight. AND I had to pay for the towing back to my house which was 100$

Re: Legal Action?

wheels shouldn't matter and no ITR is still 15"s and a 5 lug setup.

it sounds like B/S but I am not sure what there fine print is like.
