Help!!!

i know this is like a classified ads kind of thing, but i figured i'd cover all bases. my lude is a 92 prelude si...automatic...that's right, i said automatic. please don't make me go into why i have a freakin automatic. anyway, it's got the stock non-VTEC H23A, and i wanna do the swap to H22A, but keep it automatic. I'm sure you're all like, why not just do the conversion to 5 spd???? well it's too much work for a certain lazy significant other, and i'll probably give the car to my little sister when i'm done playing with it, and she can't drive stick. aaaaanyway, my dilemma is, i'm gonna need the P13 ECU for an automatic....not exactly common. i've found a few people selling them with the motor, but they won't ship it COD, and i'm not about to get ripped off. does anyone know where i might get one, or know someone who's selling one, or has one themselves that they might sell me???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if u can help me out, i would be forever in debted to you!!!

Copy that link to your browser. Ebay has em for sale all the time. Most sellers are trust worthy and honest. Just look at their feed back for comments.

Also, i think the GSR ECu (P72) will also work but has to be reprogrammed to prelude specs. But im not sure about that.
