Use the search function. It's been covered before, I'm not sure if it was in this forum, or the Interior/Audio/Security, but they explained how to do it. I know you have to take off the door panels though.

take off the panel on the door that has the power window switch, door handle and lock, the screw is behind the door handle. When this pulls off unplug the wire connector to it. Next take off the plastic corner piece up top near the window, it pops off with a screwdriver I believe. There should be a screw behind it. Next unscrew about 5 screws around the perimeter of the panel. ONce this is down push the door panel up and out. It has to be pulled up to get out of the window piece. It then pops off. You'll then see the speaker. Some speakers are deep and you will need modification to have it fit in. It depends on the speaker, i Have Boston Acousitc FX-6H's i believe, something like that. The H stands for honda, as it is narrow and fits perfectly.

good luck
