just bought a GP, what should I look for?

2002 grand prix, SE with 43k miles
3.1 V6, dual climate, cd, white, automatic.

Are there any problems I should be on the lookout for?
I notice a slight oil spot on the pan back by the rear seal.
It drives great, good idle, accelration and shifting.
